I offer a range of wellbeing, communication, and performance-enhancement workshops to help groups and teams learn self-development techniques to get where they want to go personally and professionally. These use research-backed positive psychology techniques to build resilience in the face of setbacks enhance creativity, improve communication, and boost performance. Here are some of my favourites:

The Drama Triangle: navigating interpersonal dynamics. Learn how to move from the unhelpful beliefs and demands of the Drama Triangle to the fully resourced, self-aligned Winner’s Triangle.

Taming the Inner Critic: techniques to build confidence. Learn the secret value hidden within the unhelpful messages the inner critic offers – and several techniques for refocusing those messages into more useful thoughts and beliefs.

Vibrant Values: discover the core drivers that shape who you are and who you want to become. This session covers both what you value (attributes like your career, home, and family) and your values (how you want to show up in life – regardless of what’s going right or wrong for you in any given moment.)

Big Talk: move below the surface of small talk to get to the conversations that really matter. Have meaningful conversations and build deeper relationships.

Run a resource party! Build connection and get a better understanding of what your community, group, team, or organisation has to offer – what’s been right under your nose that you didn’t event know was there?

Body doubling/co-writing sessions: accountability to power through a writing sprint, coding session, admin power hour, tackle the to-do list, or whatever your organisation needs. Solo focus tasks…without the ‘solo’ part. Brief goal-setting at start and check-ins halfway through and at the end.
